Job Description:


Title: Temporary - Human Resources Administrative Assistant



POSITION SUMMARY

Provides general clerical and administrative support to the Office of Human Resources, including data entry, recordkeeping and document management.



ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sends, receives and manages documents via DocuSign. Assists with personnel file maintenance, including creating and closing files as needed. Enters and updates employee records in HRIS system. Assists with department projects, including HRIS maintenance and records retention. Assists with updating and maintaining policies and procedures. Files, copies and performs other clerical duties. Performs other duties as assigned.



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma.


Two years' clerical, administrative support or general office experience.


Experience with MS Office applications.



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Associate's degree.


Prior experience managing and maintaining records.


Experience with Banner, DocuSign, Dynamic Forms or other electronic database and document management systems.


Prior experience working in higher education.



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Knowledgeable of standard office procedures and filing systems. Detail oriented. Ability to problem-solve and analyze information. Intermediate to advanced computer skills.

Work Hours: Up to 28 hours per week



Rate of Pay: $20.00 per hour
