Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling written and video content for corporate and store-level social media pages.


• Develop creative, engaging captions and visual content that aligns with brand messaging.


• Monitor engagement metrics and insights, especially on platforms like Instagram, to optimize content performance.


• Assist in implementing social media strategies, supporting promotional campaigns, and collaborating with team members on content needs.


• Use social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar scheduling platforms) to schedule posts and track performance.

Desired Skills

• Basic to proficient knowledge of Canva for creating visually appealing content.


• Familiarity with Instagram Insights for engagement tracking and content optimization.


• Copywriting skills, particularly for creating engaging social media captions.


• Experience with social media management software platforms is a plus (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is also an advantage.
