Inbound/outbound calls, scheduling trips with vendors and vehicles.
Essentially, want candidates with customer service experience/call center experience.
Prefer: degree, dispatch experience (highly preferred), medical experience but not required
Requirements:
Any sort of customer service experience is great
Ability to be flexible
Call center experience is a huge plus
