Litigation Paralegal - National Law Firm in Century City at Roth Staffing Companies in Los Angeles, California

Job Description:

Prominent national law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with at least 4 years of defense experience ideally in commercial litigation or labor and employment to join their growing office in Century City.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting research to support legal proceedings


• Drafting motions


• Propounding and responding to discovery


• Managing trial and deposition preparations

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• Minimum of 3+ years of civil litigation defense experience; experience in commercial litigation or labor and employment is preferred but not required


• Paralegal Certificate or BPC 6450 compliant declaration or attestation


• Experience with Relativity, Trial Director and CaseMap or other similar software


• Class action experience is a plus

Compensation is commensurate with experience. Targeted salary range of $85k - $125k annually.
