As a Customer Support Representative, you will be a valuable member of the team who will support walk-in clients along with customer inquires in the form of phone calls, emails, and online chat.
This is a temp-to-hire, on-site opportunity!
In this Customer Support Representative Role, you will Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
Assist with setting up training seminars
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
You will be successful in this role if you have a positive attitude, are people oriented and have attention to detail.
Customer Support Representative Requirements:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Data Entry: 1 year (Preferred)
Great Customer service with a friendly outgoing attitude
Communication skills
Data entry
Must be well organized
Work independently and work within a team
Basic computer skills
Pay: $19-20 DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Every other Saturday (will receive one day off during the weeks where a Saturday was worked)
