Summary:



This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of a production facility. The trainee will work closely with team members to promote a safe working environment and ensure the timely production of high-quality products.



Key responsibilities include:

• Observing and learning how to maximize production capacity while maintaining high standards of quality.


• Collaborating with the Maintenance team and other resources to ensure equipment operates efficiently and complies with government regulations.


• Learning to administer first aid in the absence of a nurse.


• Assisting supervisors and managers as needed and performing various duties as they arise.


• By mastering these responsibilities, the trainee will be well-prepared to take on the role of a supervisor in a designated area. Additionally, the trainee will gain an understanding of the interactions between Accounting, Human Resources, Food Safety and Quality Assurance, and Production.

Requirements:

• 
  Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.


• 
  Experience: No prior experience is required.


• 
  Computer Skills: Basic computer skills are necessary.


• 
  Travel: No travel is required.


• 
  Position Reports To: Plant Manager
