Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) is essential. Familiarity with CRM software like HubSpot is a plus.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of IT services, outsourcing, and large enterprise IT services sales.
Experience: 4-7 years as an Account Manager in the IT Consulting and Services Industry.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Sales and Account Management: Prior experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management roles.
Client Relationship Management: Proven experience managing relationships with large commercial/enterprise organizations.
Professional Writing: Ability to produce high-quality professional communications.
Work Ethic: Strong commitment to delivering excellent work products and outputs.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent soft skills for working with both internal and external customers.
Team Player: Organized, resourceful, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Relationship Building: Strong influence and negotiation skills.
Client Interaction: Comfortable with regular client interactions in person, over the phone, via email, and video calls.
Multi-Account Management: Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
