PURPOSE: This role is responsible for pull orders for shipment efficiently and accurately.
JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)
Pull material associated with sales orders, stock order requests, and manufactured order requests from all bin locations from vertical heights up to twenty-one feet
Process customer orders for shipment efficiently and accurately
Assists in the replenishment of raw materials, machine parts, consumables, and finished product
Resolves issues/problems associated with the efficient processing of orders
With a strict focus on safety, operate material handling equipment as well as other machinery required to do that job in accordance with established safety procedures
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Experience with order picking
Physically capable to stand for extended periods of time and regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Computer literate - will be using SAP and Microsoft Outlook
Not afraid of heights
Reliable transportation
Strong attendance record
Experience operating lift equipment including TSP's, High Lift Pickers, Sit/Stand up lifts preferred
Ability to work overtime as needed
