PURPOSE: This role is responsible for pull orders for shipment efficiently and accurately.




JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)

• Pull material associated with sales orders, stock order requests, and manufactured order requests from all bin locations from vertical heights up to twenty-one feet
• Process customer orders for shipment efficiently and accurately
• Assists in the replenishment of raw materials, machine parts, consumables, and finished product
• Resolves issues/problems associated with the efficient processing of orders
• With a strict focus on safety, operate material handling equipment as well as other machinery required to do that job in accordance with established safety procedures

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with order picking
• Physically capable to stand for extended periods of time and regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Computer literate - will be using SAP and Microsoft Outlook
• Not afraid of heights
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attendance record
• Experience operating lift equipment including TSP's, High Lift Pickers, Sit/Stand up lifts preferred
• Ability to work overtime as needed
