HAYS has partnered with a national affordable housing real estate owner and operator that is seeking a skilled Community Manager to oversee one of their properties located in Willowbrook, IL.
Your new role
As the Community Manager, you will get the opportunity to oversee a large property in the Chicago suburbs. Along with all leasing, marketing, bookkeeping, customer service, resident retention and administrative responsibilities, as well as oversight of the maintenance staff.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ Years with Multifamily Affordable Housing experience
- Experience with Tax Credit/LIHTC
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience with Financials (Reports/Budgets/Invoices)
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Yardi
What you'll get in return
- $75k-85k base salary
