Job Description Summary:

The PayPal Consumer Revolving Credit Marketing Team seeks to add a Marketing Specialist to our growing team to support both acquisition and lifecycle marketing campaigns for our PayPal Credit and PayPal Co-Branded Credit Card programs. The individual who will be successful in this role will be comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, possessing an eagerness to learn, excellent organizational skills and the ability to push multiple deliverables through to completion. This role will work across the team, supporting multiple marketing workstreams as well as with our bank partner, Synchrony Bank, operations, legal and compliance.



Job Description:



Daily responsibilities will include:


  • Assist in the execution and delivery of both acquisition and lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels. This will include creating marketing/targeting briefs, working with agencies on creative deliverables and leveraging workflow/campaign management tools.

  • Project manage campaigns from ideation stage through intake process to eventual campaign delivery. This will include managing multiple tollgates including targeting /asset handoff, legal and compliance reviews, bank partner reviews, analytics/measurement plan creation and post-campaign measurement.

  • Work with finance partners to manage marketing OPEX budget & tracking of program expenses.

  • Act as coordinator between PayPal and our Bank partner to align on campaign goals/objectives, timing & to gather input from PayPal marketers (as well as providing input/insight of your own) on campaigns deployed by the Bank.

  • Assist broader marketing team with setup of new incentive offers in several offer management tools & provide tracking/budgeting oversight utilizing self-serve dashboards.



Candidate Requirements:


  • 3+ Years in a marketing role, preferably in the financial services sector

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing

  • Willingness to learn and grow. As you gain valuable experience working across multiple products and campaign types, you will gain the knowledge and skillset to begin to take ownership of marketing programs from end to end.

  • Knowledge of targeting & segmentation and how to construct a clean test

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is
$52800 to $136510
