The AV Event Technician is responsible for providing AV and IT operations and support for a range of Dartmouth events. The AV Technician sets-up AV equipment, meets with presenters, collaborates closely with event organizers and clients to deliver a high-quality AV experience for in-person and virtual events.

In this role, you'll set up venues with installed AV equipment like projectors, microphones, and Zoom, ensuring each event runs smoothly. You'll work closely with event organizers and presenters, ready to troubleshoot any issues that arise. You will also work along side with other event support providers. This term position offers flexible hours based on our event schedule, including nights and weekends.
