The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine invites applications for an outstanding opportunity for a full-time tenure, clinical, or practice track faculty position in the Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences for a position in Small Animal Emergency/Critical Care Medicine (SAECC).
Position Overview
The successful candidate will join a program already supported by four faculty criticalists, seven residents and two emergency doctors in the Small Animal ECC Service, as well as equine ECC faculty members. We are housed in a comprehensive academic veterinary medical center with state-of-the-art facilities and equipment including digital radiography, ultrasonography, computed tomography, 3 Tesla MRI, 128 Slice CT, Interventional Radiology/Medicine suite, mechanical ventilation, high-flow oxygen therapy devices, hemodialysis, hemoperfusion.
In addition, the Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences supports a faculty of over 70 clinical specialists, educators, and investigators along with extensive training programs for professional students, interns, residents, and graduate students.
