Job Description
Under general supervision, analyzes and validates system requirements and existing business processes and information systems to ensure desirability, practicality, and resource availability and capability. Devises or modifies procedures to solve basic problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Assists in the determination, diagnosis, isolation and resolution of applications resource and utilization problems and errors. Develops fault diagnosis, isolation and resolution techniques that ensure optimal performance is constantly maintained.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience, and 2 years of IT or applications development experience. Epic certification preferred but not required. Proficient in Epic application build for workstations and printers, change control, and Data Courier. Knowledge and experience with Windows server support and scripting.
