Serves as Technical Bike Tech in the Buckeye Bike Hub. Performs works of technical nature repairing bike and reviewing work of other bike techs. Fostering a welcoming environment to patrons while focusing on exceptional customer service and outreach to the larger campus community. Assists with student techs during open hours of the Buckeye Bike Hub through educating patrons on offerings/policies of the Bike Hub/Rec Sports, refurbishing abandoned bikes that have been assumed by TTM, and makes necessary/approved repairs to patron bikes. Coordinates, influence and reviews work of lower-level bike techs, identifies ways to further support tech 2s, and counsels staff as necessary.

Additional Information:MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be preferred. 1 year of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years working in a bicycle repair shop. Certifications or specific experience related to bike maintenance, intrinsic appreciation for bicycles and bike commuting. Advanced Knowledge on bicycle repairs. Experience working in a bicycle shop.
