As a paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting the legal team and ensuring smooth operations.
Top 3 Qualifications:
Some legal experience or exposure to a legal environment
Proficient in navigating software and transitioning to a paperless system using Microsoft 365
Strong people skills - able to interface with frontline staff and C-level executives
Key Responsibilities:
Support the legal department with transactional work, including lease reviews and contract assistance
Organize and manage legal matters
Navigate Microsoft 365 to create a paperless system for legal document management
Collaborate closely with the company's head attorney and management team
