A well-established company in Gardena is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to manage front-office tasks, provide excellent customer service, and handle general administrative duties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys clerical work and is looking for a long-term reception position. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in maintaining office operations.



Top 3 Qualifications:

  • Experience in scheduling meetings and managing calendars

  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 for document management and communication

  • Friendly, personable attitude with excellent customer service skills



  • Key Responsibilities:


    • Schedule meetings and maintain the office calendar

    • Answer and direct phone calls with a professional and friendly demeanor

    • Handle clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and small research projects

    • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations

    Salary: $41,600 - $52,000 DOE
