Graphics Production Specialist (Part-time) at Horizontal Talent in Bolingbrook, Illinois

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Graphics Production Specialist to join their team on a part-time basis. This is an on-site position working from Bolingbrook, IL. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of large-format production, ideally within the tradeshow and/or event industry.

As a Graphics Production Specialist, you will be responsible for creating graphic layouts and executing print-ready files for large format production, signs, and fabric graphics. This role is heavily focused on print production, with some designing and adjusting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic sizing of client-provided artwork
- Verification of resolution and usability of client artwork
- Graphic panel layouts for client proofing
- Reviewing final deliverables with an exacting eye
- Some application and manipulation of Client Artwork if necessary
- Proactively managing workload and alerting the team of any potential issues with deadlines

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year experience in graphic production
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite experience (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Experience with large format production
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work and prioritize multiple tasks

This role requires a commitment of at least three 8-hour days per week at our client's location, with the possibility of more hours during peak periods. Candidates must be comfortable working part-time and be open to a flexible work schedule.
