Our Data Analytics team is hiring!

Starting pay, $65-70k based on experience.

This position works onsite at our Latham, NY office. Eligible for hybrid schedule after training period, typically 3-4 months, up to 2 days work from home, upon management approval.

The Data Analytics Administrator will focus on Marketing Automation and Predictive Analytics systems (logic based, not heavy on programming). Manages the day-to-day operations of these systems including configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and training. Provides guidance and assistance to staff pertaining to error messages, reporting, and updates. This includes updating and mapping of data and testing prior to migration to the live environment. Assists with identifying and resolving core issues with IT.


  • Administrator for the Member Experience management system. Manages the day-to-day operations of the system including maintenance, integrations, workflows, and configuration. Support the development and implementation of surveys and dashboards.
  • Manages NPS (net promotor score) and metrics that drive desired behaviors and outcomes; provides oversight in data analysis. Support multi-year initiative to optimize and improve NPS and reduce customer attrition identifying areas of strengths and improvement.
  • Assists the Chief Marketing Officer with quarterly board reports. Provide quantitative and qualitative analyses of member feedback using NPS data. Tracks and reports key metrics to measure the success of efforts to improve the experience of all members.
  • Work in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Program Coordinator to ensure data analytics systems are configured and optimized for the success of the digital marketing program.
  • Be the subject matter expert and administrator for the credit union's Data Warehouse. Updating users and permissions, log files, troubleshooting, testing system and coordinating updates.
  • Develop data definitions and mapping requirements, and document and define all data sources that flow in and out of the Data Warehouse.
  • Troubleshoot more intricate issues with the Data Warehouse application including issues caused by 3 rd party files. Identify the source of corrupted or inaccurate data and work with correct teams to fix it.
  • Support testing of patches and new releases for the Data Warehouse solution.
  • In conjunction with system vendor(s), facilitate application configuration, design, development, and workflow processes to maximize automation, minimize manual processes and improve turn times as well as meet compliance requirements.
  • Uses standard or ad-hoc queries or reports to extract data from disparate databases or data sources.
  • Produce dashboards, metrics, or reports in collaboration with other departments to meet their goals.
  • Find ways to automate reporting needs to help eliminate or reduce manual entry errors.
  • Work closely with Core Solutions Business Analysts, and other management teams to identify process improvement opportunities and propose system modifications.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 3 years credit union or related financial institution experience in the field of data analytics. Preferred bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or data analysis/intelligence, or equivalent work experience.


  • Preferred experience with Qualtrics, Prisma, Predictive Analytics, and Prism.
  • Prior computer system/word processing experience, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Fundamental knowledge of SQL and visualization software desired. Training will be required if this is not a current skill.
  • Aptitude for working at a highly confidential, organized and responsible level.
  • Ability to make recommendations and/or effectively resolve problems or issues by using judgment that is consistent with
  • credit union standards, practices, policies, and procedures, and all applicable regulations and government laws.
  • Ability to use excellent listening, critical thinking, presentation and communication skills.
  • Data-driven, analytical skill set. Statistical Analysis Skills desired.
  • Excellent communications skills and proven ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
