Position Summary:
Responsible for the reception area at The Spa and Salon. Warm greeting to all members/guests, answering phone calls, assisting members/guests with questions regarding spa services, scheduling of spa services, checking the member /guest into the computer system (Club Essentials), assisting member/guest to locker room, charging for services performed and overall cleanliness throughout spa.

Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, staff may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the country club. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
