Review and analyze multifaceted, large-scale, or long-term challenges in Specialty Software Engineering.
Evaluate multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented elements, to address complex issues.
Contribute to resolving complex situations requiring a solid understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Specialty Software Engineering, demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, particularly with the Service Catalog module, using Utah version or higher.
3-5 years of experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow business rules, scripting, and application development.
2-3 years of experience in integration and API development (using REST, JSON, etc.).
2 years of experience with Catalog Builder or equivalent citizen developer tools and processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience with APIs.
2-4 years of experience with REST APIs.
4-6 years of experience with ServiceNow.
4-6 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
SN CSA Certification is a plus.
Proficiency in Report Analytics, Workspace, Survey, ITSM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules is a plus.
Experience with APIGEE, ESGA, Ansible, Amelia, or other orchestration and interface tools is preferred.
