Job Description:


As a Specialty Software Engineer, you will:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning.


• Review and analyze multifaceted, large-scale, or long-term challenges in Specialty Software Engineering.


• Evaluate multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented elements, to address complex issues.


• Contribute to resolving complex situations requiring a solid understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.


• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Specialty Software Engineering, demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.


• 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, particularly with the Service Catalog module, using Utah version or higher.


• 3-5 years of experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.


• 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow business rules, scripting, and application development.


• 2-3 years of experience in integration and API development (using REST, JSON, etc.).


• 2 years of experience with Catalog Builder or equivalent citizen developer tools and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience with APIs.


• 2-4 years of experience with REST APIs.


• 4-6 years of experience with ServiceNow.


• 4-6 years of experience in ServiceNow development.


• SN CSA Certification is a plus.


• Proficiency in Report Analytics, Workspace, Survey, ITSM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules is a plus.


• Experience with APIGEE, ESGA, Ansible, Amelia, or other orchestration and interface tools is preferred.
