Responsibilities
Ensures that all correspondence in and out of the department is properly processed.
Works within a team to ensure that all outgoing correspondence and required documents are sent / processed timely.
Makes sure incoming mail is properly assigned within our data base application. This a high volume fast paced role.
The primary job duties are: mailing, faxing, and uploading documents to social security's website.
Qualifications
Education: College degree or High School graduate with equivalent experience.
Experience: Experience in an office environment: Very strong attention to detail. Knowledge of HIPAA and privacy laws. Computer literacy, ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, excellent communication and customer relations skills

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $17.00 - $18.00 hourly, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
