Senior Project Manager (Secret)
Schriever AFB, Colorado Springs, CO

All candidates must have an active Secret clearance or above.

This position is expected to pay $120,000.00 - $136,000.00 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.

Responsibilities The candidate will:

• Have experience using Microsoft Project and know how to create, manage, and update projects concurrently.
• Be comfortable interacting with various levels of internal and external customers.
• Have experience creating and supporting Project status and financial data in internal and external customer meetings.
• Have experience creating and managing SOWs with a variety of contract types and deliverable strategies.
• Be responsible for the successful execution of assigned projects specifically meeting cost and schedule targets.
• Apply Lean-Agile principles in the execution of their projects and way of work.
• Develop recovery plans for projects that are not achieving delivery date expectations. Candidate should have experience pricing and estimating proposed costs and costs to complete.
• Exhibit a cognitive ownership of their project deliverables and partner with matrixed resources to deliver results according to customer expectations
• Must demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills teaming soft skills.

Basic Requirements

• Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 16 years of general experience; Associate degree and 14 years of general experience; bachelor's degree and 12 years of general experience; master's degree and 10 years of general experience.
• Must have 9 years of related experience.
• Must have 9 years of directly related experience.
• Must be PMP Certified.
• Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance or above.
• Must be a US Citizen

Desired Requirements

• Be SAFe Certified
• Be PMI-ACP or DASSM Certified
• Have experience managing high dollar-value projects ranging in complexity
• Have experience managing geographically separated project teams
• Have experience managing projects in traditional waterfall and/or agile methodologies
• Have SIEM Damain knowledge
