Senior Project Manager (Secret)
Schriever AFB, Colorado Springs, CO
All candidates must have an active Secret clearance or above.
This position is expected to pay $120,000.00 - $136,000.00 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.

Responsibilities
The candidate will:
Have experience using Microsoft Project and know how to create, manage, and update projects concurrently.
Be comfortable interacting with various levels of internal and external customers.
Have experience creating and supporting Project status and financial data in internal and external customer meetings.
Have experience creating and managing SOWs with a variety of contract types and deliverable strategies.
Be responsible for the successful execution of assigned projects specifically meeting cost and schedule targets.
Apply Lean-Agile principles in the execution of their projects and way of work.
Develop recovery plans for projects that are not achieving delivery date expectations. Candidate should have experience pricing and estimating proposed costs and costs to complete.
Exhibit a cognitive ownership of their project deliverables and partner with matrixed resources to deliver results according to customer expectations
Must demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills teaming soft skills.
Basic Requirements
Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 16 years of general experience; Associate degree and 14 years of general experience; bachelor's degree and 12 years of general experience; master's degree and 10 years of general experience.
Must have 9 years of related experience.
Must have 9 years of directly related experience.
Must be PMP Certified.
Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance or above.
Must be a US Citizen
Desired Requirements
Be SAFe Certified
Be PMI-ACP or DASSM Certified
Have experience managing high dollar-value projects ranging in complexity
Have experience managing geographically separated project teams
Have experience managing projects in traditional waterfall and/or agile methodologies
Have SIEM Damain knowledge
