Assignment: This position performs analytical, technical, and administrative work in efforts to support local end-users, remote end-users, and production lines. The Onsite Technician provides office application and infrastructure support for the GTT end users.
This position occurs as part of the GTT Onsite team within the Digital Engineering organization of Client's Group Truck Technology located in Greensboro.
The Onsite Technician role is the local IT support for GTT Engineering activities. In this role, it is critical to work together with local and global colleagues to deliver applications support and new and upgraded infrastructure for business solutions.
This includes, but is not limited to, Windows/Mac OS, LAN (wired and wireless), Windows client solutions for office and Test/Lab (Myplace, Factoryplace, Labclient) and specialized engineering devices such as Test Cell equipment, HIL, VR, IOT...
