Responsibilities of the Program Coordinator - Medicine Education
Serve as primary point of contact for educational conferences
Coordinate travel and hotel arrangements for speakers
Advertise scheduled events
Facilitate meetings, events, and functions for vice chair
Manage calendars and draft materials for vice chair
Manage participant evaluation process
Maintain database and prepare reports
Perform additional tasks and special projects as required
Qualifications of the Program Coordinator - Medicine Education
Associate degree with 3 years of administrative experience (at least 2 of which are supporting an executive or comparable level position), or the equivalent in education and experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Concur, and most social media platforms
Exceptional written and verbal communication and proofreading skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong prioritization and organizational skills
Must have ability to recognize, set and fulfill high standards, and have strong attention to detail
