At 23fifteen Living Options, our mission is to provide exceptional residential support for individuals with Intellectual/ Developmental Disabilities (I/DD). We specialize in small, non-institutionalized living arrangements that encourage independence, empower choice, and prioritize person-centeredness.The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, maintaining the financial stability of the facility, overseeing the implementation of the program design and individual service plans, recruiting and training qualified staff, and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, agencies, and community partners. Ideal candidate should possess ASL Fluency ( Level 3-5)Responsibilities:Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations, including Title 17 and Title 22 regulations, laws, and regulations about Adult Residential Programs, Vendorization, Quality Assurance, and other areas pertinent to the operation of the facilityMaintain the financial stability of the facility by establishing, overseeing, maintaining, and ensuring budget, fiscal responsibility, stability, and soundness of the program including cost-effectivenessEnsure the health and safety of the residents residing in the home and oversee all consultants including timekeeping, documentation, and trainingEnsure the implementation of the program based on the approved program design and develop and manage the implementation of the client's Individual Service Plans and the services that the facility delivers to residents as defined in the Program DesignRecruit, employ, train, and evaluate qualified staff and maintain positive working relationships with residents, families, community, agencies, and other partners such as the Department of Developmental Services, and Community Care Licensing DivisionQualifications:Be willing to work a minimum of 30 hours per week when residents are present and be available to work all shifts/daysPossess a current CCL ARF Administrator Certificate and have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an approved Administrator of an Adult Residential Facility for developmentally disabled Level 4-G and aboveHold current DSP Year 1 & 2 training and certification before working with residents and meet certifications in HIV/TB Training, health screening, C.P.R. & First Aid certified through approved class attendance and hands-on instructionPossess basic knowledge of labor law and personnel practices, have a current valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and pass a fingerprint clearance from D.O.J./F.B.I. before working with residentsHave a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (preferred)Demonstrate the ability to provide direct supervision and/or services/supports to persons with Intellectual Disabilities (I/DD) or special needs and understanding of individuals' right to Individual Program Plan (IPP) process with experience as a team member and skills in implementing the IPP23fifteen Living Options a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a retirement savings plan.
