Nature & Purpose of Position:
Support the College of Business Administration's Small Business Development Center located at The Woodlands Center by undertaking various daily tasks, including but not limited to: facilitating the transmission and duplication of documents through fax and copy machines, as well as filing, proficiently navigating and utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other office suite programs. Job will be based out of the office in The Woodlands Center.
Other Requirements for the Position:
It is important that this position is filled by someone who is organized, punctual, has excellent verbal and written communication skills, pays attention to detail, understands confidentiality, and has Microsoft Office Suite experience.
