Responsibilities:Intelligence facilitator, assists Red (adversary) lead and Red planning teamMaintains coordination with the Intelligence Community (IC)Provides IC support to wargames for RedProvides intelligence support during Blue eventsFacilitates Red wargame participants to achieve game objectivesConducts open source and classified research and analysis related to Red strategy and concept development and strategy implementationContributes to development and execution of wargame design, objective, and analysis plans to include Wargame scenarios, force structures and order of battle, and manning among othersDevelops Red game database at correct classification through appropriate Joint documents in coordination with ICDrafts wargame products to support Joint PlanningContributes to data collection during wargame eventsConducts postgame analysis and provides input to wargame reportsSupports development and dissemination of postgame outcomes for senior leaders and stakeholders, and AF strategy reviewParticipates in non-AF Wargaming wargames if directedAssists in accomplishing staff taskings/actions as directedRequired Qualifications:TOP SECRET/SCI eligible clearanceAO level intelligence officer who has spent time on the Joint Staff, Air Staff, MAJCOM and/or COCOM staffs.Expertise in one or more regions, e.g. Asia, Europe, and/or the Middle East with an understanding of alliance partner issues, particularly as they relate to intelligence sharing.Experience in Operational Level planning and the substantive intelligence production process(s), understand the Defense Intelligence Analysis Program (DIAP) and service intelligence production center responsibilities, and a willingness to engage with senior managers at DIA, the Service intelligence production centers and other commands/agencies/organizations as needed to facilitate scenario design and Red Team manning.Bachelors with a minimum of 9 years of experience in wargaming, concept development, strategy development, operational planning, or strategic assessments.Experience developing concepts of employment.Blue Sky Innovators, Inc. is an EEO/AA employer.
