Manages grant administration duties and supports all related operations to ensure resources are properly allocated to support research needs. Oversees financial activities and account reconciliations. Serves as primary contact for all grant and contract issues.
Candidate will be responsible for Post Award Administration of Chairman's division sponsored research accounts. Also supervising post award administrators and assisting in training new research administration staff as needed.
All Post Award Administration functions such as, but not limited to, SPAR changes, monthly reconciling, budgets and budget analysis, journal entries and BMRs. Includes assisting faculty in completion of RPPRs, Financial Reports, Final Financial Reports, Other Support and No Cost Extensions. Training of research administration staff as needed. Assisting in equitable distribution of research administration workload. Other duties as needed by the Assistant Director for Research Administration or the Director of Finance and Academic Operations.
