Phase II is actively seeking an innovative and highly-driven individual to join our growing team as an Environment Administrator in Annapolis Junction, MD.
Duties include:
Support an enterprise HCM transformation effort within the US Intelligence community.
Those who excel in this role are motivated self-starters who love to solve challenging problems and are comfortable both working directly with customers and with an innovative internal team.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional experience on projects with similar processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications:
User administration experience in any cloud environment
Identity Management experience in any cloud environment
Experience in authoring/maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures for O&M environments
Experience with Oracle HCM cloud upgrade, support, and maintenance tools preferred
IaaS and PaaS administration experience
Exposure to Linux environment
In lieu of PeopleSoft/HCM experience, a motivated self-starter who is willing to learn Oracle SaaS applications and Environments
Active Department of Defense Top Secret / SCI security clearance with Full Scope Poly
Preferred Qualifications:
Functional experience in Peoplesoft HRMS 9.2
Technical experience in PeopleTools, including, but not limited to, developing & supporting Application Engines, PeopleCode, Data Mover, and Peoplesoft integration tools
Technical experience in Oracle RDBMS development, preferably SQL, PL/SQL
Technical experience using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
Technical experience developing/supporting in Linux environment
Technical experience developing/supporting solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM administration (User management, Process Scheduling, etc.)
Fourteen (14) years' experience as an engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
Technical flexibility to work with on-premises and cloud-based tools and applications
