ASC is seeking a PMO Lead based out of our Oak Brook IL headquarters. The PMO Lead will support strategic, cross-functional projects alongside the Senior Director of PMO, and independently lead smaller projects and analyses. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring that projects are on track, and showcase results to stakeholders.
How You Will Help:
Assisting the Senior Director of PMO and other stakeholders with keeping projects on schedule, managing and tracking budgets, and conducting various related analysis (synergy savings, one-time costs, etc.)
Independently leading work streams or small projects, and contributing and/or providing support to larger programs
Conducting ad-hoc analysis with internal and external data to support strategic decisions - deep dive as needed into a specific area like sales effectiveness, pricing, or supply chain efficiency and risk
Consolidating results and presenting them to necessary stakeholders, including senior leaders, in a timely matter
Scheduling, prioritizing, and following up on meetings and appointments
Maintaining relevant databases and related records
Contributing to the development of standard project processes and tools
What You Will Have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Technology
7 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or advisory
Quantitative analytical skills demonstrated in a corporate environment
Cross functional corporate project management experience with track record of achievement and impact of $100M+
Understanding financial modeling, process mapping, change management, schedule creation and achievement, and reporting progress
Advanced experience with Excel - SQL a plus
B2B Industrial Commercial fluency (sales, channel, customer service, etc.) and experience in prior programs executed
Operations fluency and experience in prior programs executed
Bias for action and the ability to meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast paced, quick turnaround environment
Excellent communication skills that lead to problem solving with ease
Ability to manage a broad matrix of executive level stakeholders (and down) in conversation, mission and goal achievement
