Responsibilities:
Handle up to 80 inbound calls daily, assisting customers with questions and technical issues.
Provide step-by-step guidance for uploading documentation.
Support patients during challenging times with strong customer service skills.
Manage intake queues and perform data entry.
Occasionally make outbound calls to follow up with customers.
