Maintain the flow of repair process among all channels.
Properly communicate to luxury retailers & direct customers.
• Manage multiple local manufacturer partnerships.
Develop a high level of product knowledge.
Preform detailed quality control procedures.
Business administration tasks.
Implement new processes.
