Local company located borderline Santa Ana/Costa Mesa area has an amazing open for a customer service specialist.
Making outbound calls to Web inquires. Taking down information about tax liens and how much the person owes to the IRS. Hours are 7-4 M-F Receiving incoming calls, update personal information into the database.
Must have strong clear communication skills along with being detailed.
Will read from a script, will need to have confidence.
This is onsite hours from 7am-4pm.
Bachelors Degree is a plus.
Must have great customer service skills.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
This is not a call center, you will have an office.
