This position will work in a team environment to close transactions for purchase, refinance, and equity products. The Escrow Closer will be responsible for gaining an in-depth knowledge of the products in the designated states. They will work directly with Retail Associates and various title companies to ensure the closing transactions meet all requirements. This position will be required to react quickly to changing deadlines and evolving requirements, while maintaining accuracy. The Escrow Closer will be responsible for proactively communicating with the title companies to ensure a timely transaction with an accurate Closing Disclosure. This position requires strong analytical and mathematical skills in order to properly balance the transactions, strong communication skills and the flexibility to deal with varied constituencies. Occasional Saturday work hours will be required.
