Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Claims Department.

Lead back charge negotiations and ensure field claims are handled timely, correctly, and with best solution or outcome for the customer and NIPG.
Coordinating with other department leads to effectively Grow the Quality Culture within the division.
Responsible for initiating and maintaining SOP's.
Responsible for developing and maintaining performance metrics, dashboards and reporting.
Oversee RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and CA (Corrective Action) tracking and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:
3 years' experience in Insulated Panel, Metal Buildings, Construction or Construction related field.
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical associate degree or bachelor's in business, Construction, or Engineering related fields.
Formal negotiation training / coursework.
Experience leading teams as team lead, supervisor, or project lead.
Previous Claims Management Experience.
