Job Opening: Pressroom Assistant
We are in search of a diligent Pressroom Assistant to support our printing operations, making ready rolls of newsprint and maintaining our state-of-the-art press equipment for our daily newspaper and commercial printing needs. Candidates should be physically fit, as the role involves repeated lifting of 40 to 50 pounds. The work environment is dynamic and team-oriented, and we are looking for someone who is eager to learn about the operation of our modern digital TKS press. While experience in printing can be beneficial, it is not essential; we value the willingness to learn and grow in this rapidly evolving field.
The starting pay is $35,000 per annum, with potential adjustments based on experience and skills. In addition to competitive wages, we offer a robust benefits package designed to enhance the work-life balance of our employees.
