Position Summary
Overseeing daily activities of OE team including but not limited to OE Mailbox, Orders, Budgets, reporting and metrics, reviewing daily metrics and analyzing daily performance
Loading/managing the daily Sales Order File from SL to SAP.
Perform annual Performance Reviews
Monitoring team performance and provide guidance and support
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Approving timesheets, vacations/time off
Tracking OT and workload trackers
Handling escalated inquires and urgent requests/issues
Identifying and implementing process improvements
Collaborate with other departments
Train new and existing team members as needed on procedures and systems
Participate in sales training as needed
Assisting sales with any questions pertaining to ordering document requirements
Having a working knowledge of processing order, change orders and cancellations
Assisting/overseeing special projects as needed
Maintaining composure in dealing with executives, clients, and staff, occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations
Handling of and exposure of sensitive and confidential information
Arrange for temporary coverage as needed to maintain operational continuity
Overseeing/evaluating the backup of coordinator positions as needed
Supervise and support month end closing
Support future acquisitions
Additional responsibilities as requested by the manager
Basic Requirements
Experience working with sales contracts and reviewing contract documents
1 to 3 years of experience working Sales Contracts
Proficient PC and Microsoft skills e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be reliable, professional and organized
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ethical standards for handling confidential information
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and enthusiastically deal with change
Must have a sense of urgency and excellent follow-through skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
General business acumen
Willing to work overtime as required/needed
Preferred Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting
1 to 3 years' relevant experience. Will consider experience in lieu of degree
Experience with Microsoft Solomon and SAP, SalesForce preferred
