Help ensure the seamless operation of our Marketing Team. This position is responsible for the organization, ordering and distribution of branded materials and providing essential support for industry and company events. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to our team's success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Material Management
    Organize the inventory, timely ordering and distribution of select marketing materials and promotional items, including customer giveaways, company apparel, literature and business cards. Field and fulfill mailing requests for promotional items from Sales, Product Support, and remote employees.
  • Tradeshow and Event Support
    Manage and coordinate the shipping of product displays and promotional items to small, monthly industry events. Assist with on-site preparations for large annual tradeshows attended by Sonnax, working closely with other team members to organize marketing materials and displays. Support company events by supplying branded materials and providing hands-on assistance with on-site preparations.
  • Administrative Support and Reporting
    Provide vital administrative assistance by tracking Marketing invoices and costs and circulating key team reports, including web analytics, email performance metrics, and digital ad/campaign trackers.
  • Additional tasks as required by your manager.

Education and/or Experience:

  • This is an on-site position at our company headquarters in Bellows Falls, VT
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative assistant or related role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Able to work with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines is essential.
  • Must demonstrate a positive “can do” attitude and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to wear (without restrictions) required personal protective equipment including safety eyewear and footwear.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
