Are you ready to play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of Walmart LocalFinds? We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Seller Success and Strategic Account Management team, overseeing key functions such as:




  • Team building, lead and build out one of the most critical teams to our success at Walmart LocalFinds.






  • Leading our Seller Engagement, Success, and Performance Standards for small business (SMB), mid-market (MM), and enterprise (ENT) sellers.






  • Owning Seller Lifecycle Management, from going live to growth and retention.






  • Voice of the Seller and Seller Communications, serving as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders to Seller and representing Seller needs to internal stakeholders.






  • Strategic Planning, setting the direction for Seller Success initiatives and executing plans to drive business growth.






  • Process Building and Optimization, creating and refining processes to enhance seller experiences.

  • Setting the strategic direction and executing Seller Success initiatives critical to the success of the LocalFinds program.






  • Scaling and building the LocalFinds Seller Success team to manage thousands of SMBs and hundreds of ENT and MM brands.






  • Serving as a trusted thought partner to internal stakeholders, effectively communicating priorities, challenges, and risks with a deliberative, data-based, and high-EQ approach.






  • Demonstrating a growth mindset and navigating in ambiguous environments within a matrixed organization.





What You'll Need





  • 10-15 years of related experience in managing Seller Success, Account Management, Merchant Operations, Operations, or a related field.






  • Experience in a fast-paced and tech environment.






  • Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.






  • Proven experience in program management, handling complex initiatives across stakeholders.






  • An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to drive the growth of Seller Success and Growth initiatives from the ground up.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
