This fast-paced team is looking for a Senior Manager that can understand complex requirements and translate those into best-practice based designs, work as a leader and has a track record of proven success.

What you will do:



  • Provide leadership, management and strategic direction with a focus on providing an exceptional client service experience, an environment where associates can learn and grow and financial success obtained through growth and sound fiscal decision making

    • Translate firm vision and strategy into an actionable business plan, provide specific objectives to be accomplished and monitor progress

    • Team with marketing to develop sales and marketing plans, investigate and pursue areas for expansion of services within existing client base while also pursuing new clients, actively participate in proposals

    • Coordinate firm resources to ensure the best products and services are provided to clients

    • Ensure your team members are provided with meaningful training and development opportunities, are appropriately challenged by increasingly complex work, are presented with timely and thoughtful feedback and are positively recognized for their efforts

    • Oversee the profitability of the practice to include effective utilization of personnel, appropriate rates for services provided, timely collection of fees



  • Work closely with client executives and management teams to understand their businesses and assist in identifying and managing financial and operational risks within their business systems to ensure technology risks are managed:

    • Develop in-depth knowledge of clients' businesses and industries by having direct client interaction while working on multiple aspects of an engagement

    • Think independently and strategically about your clients' business, systems and risks providing recommendations for business and process improvements based upon knowledge gained relative to the client's operations, processes and business objectives

    • Provide strategic business advice to clients by assisting in the implementation of new processes and controls that address key risks

    • Assess, manage and optimize risk across a wide range of areas

    • Review clients' processes and controls against industry frameworks, identifying gaps in design and execution, and communicating issues and recommendations to clients

    • Oversee the development of technology platforms to include, but not limited to:

      • QBO

      • Intacct

      • Pak Energy

      • Investran

      • Yardi



    • Produce comprehensive executive summaries and final reports for delivery to the client, documenting and reviewing engagement work papers in accordance with industry-accepted internal audit methodologies

    • Act as a valued business advisor, build relationships and communicate effectively with the client to provide superior client service

    • Lead professional and effective presentations to internal and external audiences






Specifically, this individual will:



  • Have an in-depth understanding of CAS service offerings

  • Hands-on formulation of business and functional requirements to set the direction for corresponding solution delivery aligned with business goals

  • Ability to determine technology needs for clients based on the industry or other market factors; working to connect the "ideal" client profiles and the technology to deliver work streams

  • Manage vendor alliances with technology vendors

  • Developing and managing industry specific dashboards and reporting standards

  • Demos/Testing/Selection of new technologies

  • Prepare roll out process, timeline and training for the new software

  • Prepare and present annual training session on our technology stack

  • Creation of KPI's to measure ROI on technology stack to execute CAS strategy and platform

  • Identifying the best technology stack for each industry pillar

  • Regularly inform practice leadership of changing technology market dynamics and other factors influencing accounts of strategic importance or the types of clients we can attract

  • Insight into new technologies or changes to existing technologies and incorporating those into existing CAS technology stack

  • Manage onboarding and implementation approach ensuring compliance of regularly documenting BD activities in Salesforce and maintain an up to date "pipeline" of qualified opportunities, using Firm protocols for documentation. Development and deployment of implementation methodologies, training and toolkits through internal initiatives

  • Collaborate with other BD and practice leaders for an integrated Go-to-Market approach



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or related field required; Masters or advanced degree high desired

  • Twelve (12)+ years' experience selling ERP services to key decision makers in one or more of the following platforms - QBO, Sage Intacct, Yardi, Pak Energy, InvestTran,

  • Seven (7)+ year(s) of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates

  • Demonstrated history of technology / digital product &/or services sales success with growth with a preference for experience selling the offerings

  • Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects.

  • Business expertise in FP&A processes a plus along with strong knowledge of other financial business processes such as Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay

  • Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies

  • Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required

  • Ability to multi-task across different projects and stakeholders both internal and external

  • Ability to communicate effectively and work with client resources from hourly resources to C-suite

  • Ability to travel, potentially up to 50%, and be able to work non-traditional business hours for client engagements
