Oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of Alignment Health's Talent Management programs and builds a world-class leadership development curriculum. Leads the Talent Management function and is responsible for developing a comprehensive talent strategy that helps drive the achievement of Alignment Health's growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
Builds and maintains relationships with senior HR and executives in order to effectively assess talent management needs and deliver strategic solutions that improve employee performance, help the organization meets its strategic goals, drive business results, and minimize costs.
Provides thought leadership and strategic direction to HR and business leadership on building capabilities in the areas of organization design, leadership development, talent assessment/selection and Engagement & Inclusion.
Leads strategic workforce planning, evaluates external labor market conditions and internal growth projections on-going, and analyzes data to drive sound people/talent strategies and decisions; analyzes opportunities to bring the outside in and executes new trends in partnership with the business and HR.
Designs and implements talent management processes (such as a cross-functional career path, mentoring program) and focuses on strengthening the pipeline of future leaders with a particular focus on market leadership/general management and clinical leadership.
Leads major change and transformation initiatives and ensures the initiatives link strategy and business processes with the strategic vision of the company.
Builds an industry leading Talent Management organization and capabilities to ensure that the function can scale with growth of the company
Creates an approach to operational excellence and automation across all Talent Management processes to ensure an exceptional experience for all employees.
Build strategic vendor relationships to develop content and materials
Develops and executes the company's employer-of-choice strategy and implements best practices to enhance employee experience at all touch points

Required Skills and Experiences:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Communication, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline
15+ years experience in Human Resources
5+ years in management position within Human Resources
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage facts and information for strategic decision-making.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with strong ability to navigate ambiguity.
Track record in organizational development and expertise in the application of OD tools (e.g. Galbraith)
Track record in organizational change management and able to leverage CM tools (e.g. ADKAR)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven track record of designing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Experience in data analysis and HR metrics (Excel, PowerBI, Workday)
