Productiv Inc. is hiring for a Bilingual Shipping/ Fulfillment Lead position for our warehouse in Grapevine, TX area!
Bilingual Shipping/Fulfillment Lead Job Description

Bilingual a must in Spanish and English.
Reports to the Outbound Supervisor.
Determines daily order priorities and monitors picking standards.
Manages day-to-day coverage on packing lines.
Assigns work orders to picking teams to complete orders according to product specifications.
Anticipates obstacles and provides input and solutions to overcome them.
Meets packing times while maintaining good quality standards.
Supervise 10-30 employees.
Communicates if any safety equipment is not functional and if any employee does not practice the proper safety procedures.
Interpersonal skills: the ability to delegate and work well as part of a Fulfillment team.
Train, develop skills and motivate workers in the development of team performance.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Problem-solving and conflict management skills.
Reviews, checks, and signs off on all work completed by the employees.
All paperwork must be accurately processed daily.
Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, and other applicable software programs.

Bilingual Shipping/Fulfillment Lead Work Schedule
This role has a rotating work schedule based on business needs. Availability to work 7 days a week is required.
A-Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 6am to 6pm
B-Shift: Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 6am to 6pm
