POSITION SUMMARY:
The Regional Director, Community Supervision, Criminal Justice Systems will lead and manage a team that will play a key role in developing, guiding, and initiating the strategies and tactics necessary to drive the growth of the brand through coordinating efforts in the Criminal Justice Ecosystem by coordinating efforts with the commercial and channel team along with ongoing analysis, research and development of future opportunity plans in appropriate areas we cover. This position is responsible for collaboration with the SVP of Market Access, Market Access National Directors, and the Commercial Leadership Teams to help the entire company achieve goals, work to improve product access and explore future opportunities for growth. This includes providing commercial insights, channel expertise, and direction to ensure optimal commercial alignment within the Criminal Justice Systems - particularly in the Community Supervision area.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to, the following:
Hire, retain, lead, and manage team of Community Supervision Criminal Justice System Access Directors
Develop trusted relationships with key internal stakeholders and senior leadership. These include but are not limited to: Market Access Payor Criminal Justice, Government Affairs, Channel, Business Analytics, Human Resources, Legal, and Compliance.
Field Support to include live and remote Community Supervision Criminal Justice System Access Director coaching, customer visits, and field intel
Plan, organize and participate in Community Supervision engagements as needed assisting CJS ADs in Jail/Prison Reentry Programs, Office-Based Opioid Treatment (OBOTS) facilities, Adult Treatment Courts to include Veterans Treatment Courts, Probation and Parole entities, Opioid Treatment Programs (OTPs), and Residential Treatment Centers (RTCs) and other justice involved affiliated outpatient programs or facilities.

Participate as needed in all related home office, field meetings, and affiliated conferences
Develop in-depth understanding of the disease space, the healthcare professional/patient relationship, managed markets/reimbursement/federal and state grants and to be the brand - champion the brand internally and externally
Develop and implement business plans, maintain new and innovative ideas, strategies marketing plans of action and budgetary control ensuring compliance with all Indivior policies and procedures.
Maintain the required technical expertise including competitive product knowledge.
Successfully complete all required training programs in a timely manner and ensure same for team members
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
Pharmaceutical/Medical/Healthcare Sales with a minimum of 8-10 successful years' equivalent experience in pharmaceutical sales combined with account management and, experience in management preferred
Experience calling on and working with Criminal Justice Systems at a local, county, state, and federal level preferred.
Experience calling on and working with Criminal Justice Systems - particularly in the areas of probation, parole, treatment courts, and CJS-Affiliated Accounts preferred.
Experience in calling on customers at a variety of call points, including office-based treatment facilities, offices, community health centers, treatment courts, and hospitals.
Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare system processes including reimbursement, specialty pharmaceutical channels to include buy and bill and specialty pharmacy preferred.
Experience working with REMs, HUB Services and Patient Access teams
Experience interpreting analytical data and turning into team strategy
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to recruit, retain and develop highest quality staff; ability to manage turnover and vacancy process
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record that meets company requirements
Ability to maximize profitability and ensure compliance
Successfully able to navigate electronically various technologies related to the business including, but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and TEAMS.
Travel: Ability to travel (includes overnight travel) ~ 60%
