Location: La Vergne, TN
Salary: $26.00 USD Hourly - $29.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a HR Representative for an onsite role in Smyrna, TN.
Responsibilities:
- Support and drive human resources initiatives at the Smyrna, TN plant.
- Assist with recruiting key talent, new hire onboarding, and Learning & Development initiatives.
- Enhance employee engagement by participating in and supporting cross-functional plant teams, including One Voice and Diversity and Inclusion.
- Serve as a key resource for employees seeking Human Resources support.
- Assist the Human Resources Manager with daily HR tasks, including internal and external recruitment, career fairs, and employee event engagement.
Qualifications:
- Self-directed, creative, and willing to go the extra mile for customers.
- Passionate about working with others in a Human Resources career.
- Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience or interest in Project Management.
- Preferred experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365.
