In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the production process for our batched goods, ensuring we meet output targets efficiently and safely. You will lead a team of production personnel, ensuring adherence to quality standards and established procedures.



Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily production activities for assigned batching operations.


• Develop and maintain production schedules, assigning tasks and prioritizing workloads for optimal efficiency.


• Monitor production lines and ensure adherence to quality control standards.


• Identify and address production issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations.


• Train and coach production personnel on safe operation of equipment and proper batching procedures.


• Maintain accurate production records and reports, including batch quantities, quality control data, and production times.


• Conduct routine safety checks and enforce all safety protocols within the production area.


• Collaborate with maintenance personnel to ensure proper equipment functionality and timely repairs.


• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to optimize production efficiency.


• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisor role, preferably with batching operations.


• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control principles.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.


• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Working knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices.
