Location: Charlotte, NC (3 days a week in office, Tuesdays required)


Job Description:


As a Technology Business Services Consultant, you will:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Services.


• Review and analyze multi-faceted, large-scale, or long-term challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.


• Contribute to resolving complex situations requiring a solid understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.


• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology supporting Business Services, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military, or education.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or Business Analyst for an Agile Scrum team with End-to-End UAT Coordination.


• Experience creating detailed project plans, schedules, and executive-level presentations.


• Experience in Agile development environments and methodologies.


• Proficiency in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.


• Experience as a Program, Project, or Change Manager on complex projects.


• Knowledge of system APIs and their usage within enterprise organizations.


• Ability to lead collaborative working sessions using industry tools and practices.


• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle principles.


• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent organizational skills.


• Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects simultaneously with high quality and productivity.


• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.


• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make decisions.


• Personal dedication and strong work ethic.


• Ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders, including mid to senior-level managers.


• Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change.


• Experience with tools such as JIRA, QC/ALM, and Confluence.


• Experience creating automation test cases/scripts based on business requirements.


• Experience facilitating virtual and in-person collaboration meetings and work sessions.
