Job Description:

Baer is looking for an SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud Engagement Management Workstream Lead for a 9+ month project located in Dallas, TX


Title: SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud Engagement Management Workstream Lead
Location: Hybrid - Dallas, TX
Duration: 9 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2

Description:

• Act as the primary point of contact for the Engagement Management workstream, ensuring a strong relationship with the client.


• Lead workshops with clients to gather requirements, provide insights, and facilitate discussions around functional design and implementation strategies.


• Serve as the SME for the functional area, advising clients on best practices and guiding them through design decisions.


• Provide expertise in aligning project goals with client expectations and industry standards.


• Collaborate with project teams to ensure the functional design meets client needs and project objectives.


• Assist in developing a clear roadmap for implementation, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with client counterparts, ensuring open communication and addressing any concerns promptly.


• Facilitate conflict resolution and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.


• Lead activities during the "Phase 0" period, preparing for the full implementation starting in January.


• Participate in ongoing project meetings, providing updates and insights to both the client and internal teams.

Requirements:

• 9 years of experience in engagement management, project management, or a related field.


• Proven experience in client-facing roles, particularly in leading workshops and managing relationships.


• Strong understanding of the functional area relevant to the project, with the ability to provide strategic guidance.


• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
