Job Description:

Baer is looking for an S/4 HANA Public Cloud Professional Services SME for a 9+ month project located in Dallas, TX.


Title: SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud Professional Services SME
Location: Hybrid - Dallas, TX
Duration: 9 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2

Description:

• Serve as the Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a focus on system integration design.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand finance requirements and translate them into technical specifications for integration.


• Lead the design and build of integrations between SAP S/4 HANA and third-party planning systems.


• Ensure the integration architecture supports project planning needs and aligns with overall business objectives.


• Manage and mentor a cross-functional team, providing guidance throughout the design and build phases.


• Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting Agile methodologies to drive project delivery.


• Utilize Agile practices to ensure timely and efficient completion of project milestones.


• Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to project stakeholders.


• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration designs and processes.


• Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in finance system integration design, specifically with SAP S/4 HANA.


• Experience leading teams in the design and build of integrations for project planning.


• Candidate must hold or obtain within the first 4 weeks of joining the project:

• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition - Professional Services (C_S4CPS_2308) or


• SAP S/4HANA Cloud Finance Implementation (C_S4CFI).

• If the candidate does not already possess these certifications, they will be required to cover the cost of obtaining the first certification mentioned.


• Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA architecture and capabilities, particularly in finance and project systems.


• Experience with third-party planning systems and integration methodologies.
