We are looking for a creative, highly motivated marketer who can help drive growth for the BD Alaris™ platform. We need a passionate marketer who can lead in-market support efforts based on the products and organizational objectives set to deliver business results.

You will be responsible for developing key insights into market opportunities, using existing and new account data to build solutions to commercial barriers, shaping the market, and implementing strategies to drive financial performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role you will have deep solid understanding of the BD Alaris™ System and associated software applications. Core job responsibilities include:
Leverage data from internal and external systems to find opportunities to meet business objectives and customer needs
Continuously invest in understanding customer struggles and their strategic objectives, and create relevant marketing campaigns and initiatives
Identify and communicate data-driven insights to help inform account behavior, segmentation, positioning and pricing.
Support integrated marketing strategies for assigned product portfolio and coordinate their execution.
Find opportunities to increase sales productivity and effectiveness in the field for in-market products.
Supervise and report on effectiveness of marketing strategy execution, by leading the development and tracking relevant metrics and performance indicators.
Help support organizational transformation by using data and technology to recommend new business models and processes
REQUIREMENTS
Experience and Education
Bachelors in science, business, or related field. MBA or advanced degree a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in marketing, and/or commercial-related experience in medical technology, diagnostics, life sciences, or other healthcare field with a consistent track-record of high performance and results. In lieu 3-5 years in business analytics with a strong desire to learn marketing.
Strong preference for understanding the infusion space in the U.S.
Proven experience driving insights from disparate sources of data
Strong business and financial competence experience is desired.
Experience in planning, executing, and measuring marketing programs strongly preferred.
Background in and knowledge of connectivity and informatics is preferred.
Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization is preferred.
