ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Conduct experiments and collect data for use in analysis of quality cost, process capability, etc.
Perform measurements using precision equipment with accuracy to .0001"
Use and understand blueprints and specifications in conjunction with product and process capability studies.
Perform a machine evaluation on new and existing production machines and record data for analysis.
Set up and perform test on material, processes or products to measure performance or material characteristics.
Assist with customer complaint investigations as assigned and prepare written reports.
Collects data and prepares various reports for Quality Engineering.
Observe all safety and environmental procedures and Quality System Requirements.
Maintain validation database.
Perform basic statistical analyses of data collected and prepare reports.

Requirements:
Education and Experience:
H.S. Diploma/GED
Associate of Science degree preferred
Able and willing to work 1st Shift
Knowledge and Skills
Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality control or quality assurance. Desire +1 years of experience.
MS Office proficiency'
Use of measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc - Required
Ability to use a computer and navigate MS Office - Required
SAP knowledge preferred
Problem solving experience preferred
Knowledge/experience with validations, root cause analysis, and medical devices desired
Work Environment:
